Seraph was formed in 1990 by a group of highschool friends in Memphis, TN. They played several shows around the Mid-South area, including the Mid-South Fair (which was broadcast on local TV). They were the opening act for such early 90s Christian bands like: Mortal, and Guardian. The band dispersed around 1995. Each band member went their own way, each starting new bands. The most successful of the band's offspring was the Grammy nominated Christian band SKILLET, whose singer is also John Cooper!Urgent Cry's guitarist, Ken Stoerts, is Also The Original Guitarist For The (Band Skillet)
I Also Have One Demo From 1989 That Contain(4-TRACKS)

1-COME ALONE WITH ME
2-I HIDE
3-DON'T TURN AWAY
4-THE END'S TO CLOSE
These Other Tracks Are Dark if They Were Released
By The Band Urgent Cry That I Listed Here
I Think This Second Band(Urgent cry)is Not The Same Band
so It Means That Probablely Were Two Different Bands Using This Same Name,

PLEASE do you still have this? I know this post is 5 years old but im a MAJOR skillet fan, and I would LOVE to listen these unreleased demo tracks (how'd you get a hold of them?). I LOVE seraph and have their 4 released songs, but getting the unreleased tracks would be AMAZING :). So please could you post them online? Im really interested in the pre-skillet era.

The 2nd demo for Urgent Cry in 1989 is in fact a different band from Ohio. The bands from the Urgent Cry / Seraph CD are both from Memphis, TN.
